The drama of quarantine has passed over into the extreme trends we are seeing for Spring and Summer '21. It's Go Big Or Go Home out here. We are out and we want to be seen!
What we are seeing is a lot of oversized pieces. We will be playing with sizing and adding loose fitting flowing designs to our closets.

You back? OK, so there is more. Extra long, extra wide, SUPER lightweight pants and overalls were all over the runways. The oversized styling fits right in where our post quarantined, huge, and ready to go attitudes are headed. We will all be giving off the larger than life attitude this summer. What we have in store at 516 Stitch is More, Much Much More, Drama packed with unique trends, super-sized everything, and pattern that are happening all over the uptown crowds.
The runways have added exaggerated pumped up hemlines. Giving this Hilo design a real "look at me" glare. When paired with the balloon pleated pant it gives an oversized yet proportional silhouette. The long tail on this top looks like it could last longer than the lockdown did.
Designers couldn't stop there. We slide right over into our jewelry and accessories. Here we see huge chunky chain bracelets, necklaces, and earrings, which are padding the fashion walls. We also see these huge chains on our handbag handles and as stunning decor on our shoes.

Jumpers and Rompers that we all loved playing around in the mud as kids are back baby! They have hit the floor hard, and running down 7th avenue There are bright geometric and floral patterns, many paired with the super long and extra wide leg width. These versions of the classic design give you the option of office or play.
We are seeing these with exciting patterns shouting off the rooftops, but there's more! If you really want to take it to the next level.
Check out the "cocoon" look! A super trend for this summer, just tickling everyone's noses. Now after a whole year of drama we are coming out with our glam styling where everything holds as much drama as the last year.
Look for huge earrings, rings, and bracelets. Super new, extreme cut, square toe shaped heels. These are taking hold on the shoe style in all areas. From heels to sandals, the square shape is where it's at.
Loose flowing dresses, super wide leg pants, and high waisted, super short, and I mean SHORT, shorts.
